I got a text at around 3:30pm this afternoon from Butch Velasquez saying that Jay passed away this morning.
He's been having problems with his kidneys, and recently underwent a kidney transplant.
According to Butch, Jay reported difficulty breathing this morning. That's all I know about his last moments.
He will be interred this evening at Arlington. Please say a prayer for him.
